We have something similar to the video you posted but eventually that runs out, the video I linked to shows a system that is hooked up to the internal tap system of the bar, not the whim of the waiter/waitress.
Just like in the launch photo at yo! sushi, huh?

http://www.yosushi.com/ which shows the beer taps.

1 litre of cider is enough for me (I'm drunk by then). You can buy several bottles in one go if you suspect the waiters won't be fast enough for you. The reason I'm delighted with the automated escanciadores is that I like to squirt out only a little amount of pressurised cider at a time so I can enjoy it with the optimum amount of 'fizz' (this disappears quite quickly). If I had to ask an expert 'bar tender' to pour me out each and every dribble this would get very boring, and embarrassing, very quickly.
As a result, I get to enjoy this wonderful drink at it's very best in my own time. No need to wolf it down before it goes flat.
This means it's much more useful to me than the limitless beer taps, even with the 1 litre at a time limitation.

Bet you never knew about, much less used, an escanciador though
