It goes on....now, depending on who you talk to at BA...

1. "there is no record in the lounge log book of your bag being found"; or
2. "it can take up to 5 days to get from the lounge to the official lost property company; or,
3. "I will personally ensure that I track it down for you" - J from BA

Thanks J....and I mean it... But, having seen what a bugger's muddle T5 is in terms of baggage.... it will be a miracle anyone has any time to chase mine in the middle of all this.
