Well, I happen to be stuck in a very small market with little competition, which makes it harder for me to switch. My point is that I would prefer to be a customer who choses DL, not that I could never switch, but that I would really prefer to not have to (not that my measly $15k in 2007 spend means much to DL anyway!).
