I'm pretty sure there's something like this at UK's Yo!Sushi.

There's the Asahi Beer robot: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2tXmGYk_A_c

And I was delighted to get a cider pourer on rollers at La Sidrería Escondida http://www.lasidreriaescondida.com/h..._alicante.html

You buy a litre bottle of cider (the alcoholic stuff) which gets turned upside down into the wooden frame. Press a button and the cider gets shot up a metal pipe and squirted into a glass below - approximating this: http://www.fenichel.com/sidrapour.jpg or http://www.chessbase.com/espanola/im...Josu_Sidra.jpg

The cider is initially flat (good Asturian ciders are), but the pressure from the pouring process makes it fizzy.
There's a selection of Table Top Cider Taps here: http://www.sidreria.com/portal/tienda/index.asp
(the one I used was much nicer, the closest approximation is the one third from the bottom - of course, it's best not to confuse your escanciadores as this chap did )
Here's a real one in action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvI_lwUJfoY&NR=1
