I have read the lengthy RealDLInsider postings on FT, and I have to admit it appears as though much of the discussion seems to be one way, with little in response from DL.

There is a significant number of frequent flyers on this board, who are real positive revenue clients for DL. I am suggesting that DL consider a SkyMiles summit where the company and some of the FT faithful could actually sit down and discuss where the program is headed. If sincere, the DL management team at SkyMiles (and DL) could surely pull together a day at any airport conference room to discuss the current state and planned future of the program. I for one would hate to see it have to come down to another Save SkyMiles campaign, but it appears that is where we are heading.

I am not suggesting a rant session, but I am suggesting that with all that seems to be piling on with the changes at DL, it could be a very positive experience for the airline, and it's customers. Who knows, maybe we each might learn a little from each other!

I was a supporter of Keep Delta My Delta (luggage tags and all). I was on a DL flight the day DL emerged from bankruptcy, with a smile on my face. I keep flying DL as my primary carrier even though the fares are not always the most competitive. I would like to think that somehow we can Keep My SkyMiles My SkyMiles!
