1:10 is plenty of time only if the BA flight is on time or early. Remember SQ check in closes 40 minutes before departure, gates close 10 minutes before departure.

SQ flights leave from both T2 and T3 - based on destination (with a handful of exceptions). Be sure about which terminal you need to go to as you won't have time to go to the wrong one, and then to the correct one.
