It gets better.

1. I got a voicemail overnight from LXX WXXXXX in the Terraces lounge - " just to let you know that we have found your bag containing (as I described) and will send it to our lost property tomorrow".
2. Call to lost property today - " we dont get deliveries from BA lounges until 1200"
3. Call to lost property at 1230 - " we dont get deliveries from BA lounges until 1400"
4. Call to lost property after 1400 - " no, we dont have it"
5. Call to BAEC by my PA: "no, there's no Graham here, no I cant contact T4 lounge"
6. Call to BAEC explaining my voicemail from LXX at Terraces...."err....maybe lost property will get it tomorrow...?"
