And I'm sorry to say (cos I was very much looking forward to the flight!) that on my one long haul experience in J on AC (Xm'ed 763) neither the service nor the food matched that received on the NZ PE flights I've taken... It was "OK".. but not much more than that.... the new seats were the saving grace for me....

Shame really.... and of course my experience on AC may be as atypical as craigels seems to me at least on NZ!
