Correct, but on PremierPass Everyday Spending earns only 2+2=4 points, while on Citi Platinum American Express the same spending would earn 5 points without consuming any Flight Points.
On PremierPass or Chairman you would accumulate Flight Points by charging air tickets and match them by spending in other categories such as hotels, auto rentals, restaurants, clothing, utilities, taxes, etc.
