Yes, and I use Chairman Mastercard for Everyday Spending, but inasmuch as the card is not longer offered I didn't think it would help new applicants decide. However, it is possible to earn six points per dollar on Everyday Spending with the Driver's Edge card, and it's possible to match that with Drive Points (or whatever they are called), for a total of 12 points per dollar. Alas these rates are offered only for the first year and are capped.
