Last night the CSD on the 183 to JFK started off by having a seat next to me and we chatted for five minutes about the WT+ product and the VS offering.
He agreed it (BA) is quite uncomfortable and said it will be improved in the near future.

He then suggested he collect blankets and a larger CW pillow to allow for a more comfortable journey.

A small gesture which made my journey better.
