Interesting, Delta has updated their CoC and both the domestic CoC (Pg. 27) and the international CoC (pg. 71) show 1 checked bag effective 05/01 (subject to gov't approval in Brazil and Japan)

Did DL backtrack on the international baggage change or is DLres2006 mistaken?
