We are going down there next week, flying into Cancun on US via PHX, then Mexicana on the flight to Havana and Cubana back to Cancun. We are staying 3 nights at the Hotel Nacional. It is all booked through a Canadian company called WOW Cuba. We were also able to pay with a US credit card.
