PS I cannot just add pages. My country of citizenship does not allow that.
For Russia, they will take up one whole page with the Visa. In my experience, they stamp the visa (if it is one time entry) upon entry and exit, so they don't stamp a separate page.

Note also, that it should be 2 free visa pages, not counting "endorsement" pages at the back of the passport (in US passport). Not sure if your passport has such pages at the back.
