Unloading luggage in a 757 might take longer than on an A340 because the luggage on the widebodies is in containers while on the 757 (and 737) it is loaded one by one.
Yes you are fully right nevertheless I refered to turnaround times when the plane arrives late to TLV in those cases the A340 can leave the gate within 1h10 mins and if the plane has lighter load in 60 mins. Hence also a B752 and with only around 60 seats should be able to ge truned around in max 45 mins. However this whole thing is unreaslitic as there would be to many cycles the plane needs to do in a day. But in theory it would work.
