The B757 will be outfited with up to 60 seats if they will use a lie flat / fully flat seat. hence the plane can be turned around easy within 1 hour. 30 minutes after arrival to gate the plane is ready again for boarding and theoretically 45 mins after arrival it should be ready for push back. An A340 of LX for instance if arriving late can have a turnaround of 1h10 minutes and this plane has 228 seats and is a widebody.
The scheduled turnaround time for the LX A340 in TLV is 1:25, not 1:10. the turnaround time for LH 744 is 1:45. As I mentioned, in addition to the regular procedures in other airports, in TLV the aircraft is fully scanned by security staff once cleared of pax and luggage and takes some extra time.
Unloading luggage in a 757 might take longer than on an A340 because the luggage on the widebodies is in containers while on the 757 (and 737) it is loaded one by one.
