you can step out and take a direct bus from the airport to Kukenhof. The flowers are amazing and it is a nice walk especially on a nice day. Inside the arrival/departure area there are also tour booths. You can take an organized tour of Amsterdam or somewhere else.
While in AMS try some Indonesian food. The fries are yummy.
