I have a hardsided delsey and an expandable delsey softsided case. I love both and they have both served me exceptionally well. I was recently told that Delsey has dropped the quality in their bags quite a lot. However, my hardsided bag is my favorite. It is a fantastic suitcase with 4 wheels so no dragging. I just rest my hand on the handle and start walking and it will just follow me along. No weight on my shoulders or pulling.
