QF codeshare on Jetstar Flight
Have a friend on an extensive USA itinerary and flying JQ HNLSYD on QF codeshare.

Does anyone know what service is provided to these passengers with regard to meals, IFE, etc....do they have to pay for these items? If so, can they prepay as the booking is through the travel agent not via JQ website.
