Today I got a new account and it doesn't look like I can get credit for the flight I flew last week. Is this correct? Most other airline programs I'm party to will allow a new member to get retroactive credit within a few days. I've searched and can't find anything explicitly addressing this.
Thanks in advance
Dang!
rbessler beat me to it! Oh, well...here are my thoughts anyway:
Pretty clearly states here
https://www.aa.com/apps/AAdvantage/R...uestid=3577599 that you can only get credit if you were enrolled in AAdvantage at the time of your flight...that said, you could call AAdvantage Customer Service and make the request...they might accomodate you, particularly if you can show multiple upcoming reservations.
Otherwise, you're probably out of luck. Sorry
cheers!
