Ive always found QF's LHR-HKG/SIN/BKK service very good. The FAs on my flights have been terrific. As to the seats, the windows in Row 4 IMHO are the best with the extra table space to spread out work. I do find the other seats have barely a place to leave a pile of magazines or papers unless your tray table is out.

I would recommend giving QF another shot.
