I am a UAL Premier and have 5 or so 500 mile e-certificates. My parents are flying this week BOS to IAD, so I though I surprise them and get them upgraded.

I tried via ual site, but could not do it (I have their locator, but it says I have to log in as them).

Is it possible to get this done?
