First time flying LH C class last week. I was very surprised at the stupidity of the location headset plug, and at the terrible quality of the headsets.

Sure, they are noise-canceling Sennheisers, but the foam ear covers were a JOKE and the noise canceling was minimal at best. Comfort was non-existent. My Bose II are light years better, but I could not use them because it was such a pain to try to plug them in as my hand barely fit in the armrest slot, and once inside, I could not maneuver it. Not to mention that you are doing all of this essentially blindfolded. I saw 3 FA's working hard at some other seats....

Wow, talk about common sense missing out on THAT new C class planning meeting.

I did enjoy the rest of my LH experience, though...
