I have found that even when the KVS tool shows no availability in F for redemption, TG is top of the class when dealing with its RO Gold Card.

So normally I call my local TG office, give them my itinerary and my suggested flight details. They usually need to obtain clearance from HQ before they give you a seat but this is usually a matter of formality. I usually end up with the ticket I want on the flight I want.

I am flying SIN => BKK => CDG in First in September thanks to the birthday voucher. Another memorable flight ahead thanks to the very generous TG program... Enjoy your flight.
