I love how everyone on UA keeps a spreadsheet of their miles and trips - seems like no other way to keep track of all the convoluted rules - cracks me up.
I'd be interested to know whether or not UA has evaluated the costs/benefits of incorporating (some of) what we track in our spreadsheets into their website.
