She is NOT upgraded den-la -but there are upgradeable seats.that is W class. she is then confirmed in b/c lax syd on a v fare purchased at the same time and on a continuing ticket.
Obviously the syd res office IS wrong and now that there is a notation no one will help her.
I will have to call the US-but isnt it stupid that I have to go that far( she is an older lady and has NO IDEA how to deal with this!)
