My friend is travelling from denver to syd. the den-lax is booked in W the LAX syd is V class. United have told her that she can only upgrade from LA as it is a different fare.
The ticket is a paper ticket and is all the one ticket not two seperate bookings.Should she have been upgraded all the way.?
