Seems typical of LGA. I was also at LGA last night. Initially on Flt 721, which was canceled. I was rebooked on 719, so I ditched work early to head to the airport, only to have my 4:30 flight only to see it get delayed for various reasons (mechanical, crew, wind). By about 7pm, started getting antsy, Eventually got on 725, which left right after 723 (where I was also waitlisted), but somehow we managed to get to Customs faster.

LGA is great for the frequency (except they are prone to cancellations), but the delays, and horrible waiting area are big detractions to buying the pass (along with the 25% non-status miles)!

Which brings me to my other point. Immigration was like something out of LHR T3, with the # of people there. My Nexus appt could not come sooner!
