Yes it is open and with little fan fare. Also the new wing is also open but I do not know how many of the gates are yet operational until they demolish the old walkway and old terminal.

I have just realized I have lived through 3 terminals in Ottawa, and 3 in Toronto too...It must be time to retire!!
