Of course you only want to do this if you actually want to (or don't mind to) upgrade with miles. If you just want to buy a regular ticket the only option is to call. You will at least need to upgrade with miles in one direction.

Login to your BAEC account, and then near the bottom of the page a link 'Book and upgrade with BA Miles' appears. Next simply fill in your departure and arrival airport, dates, etc.
