wow a whole month of this and 50% of TBIT affected also.

I understand the need for capital inprovements, but what I don't get is ( in this day and age of e mail), why AA did not send out an e mail to all LAx departing pax informing them of this situation..

I'd be curious to know how this change has affected on time departures
