how to reach TG reservations, now, by phone?
Hi all

A cancelled BA flight means I have been accommodated (invol) on TG. I have been trying to contact Thai reservations to arrange seat selection but cannot seem to get through.

All local office numbers are closed for Saturday, so I called Bangkok. I get a 'welcome to Thai' in both Thai and English, then it says press 9 for English. You press 9 and all you get is more thai. It then obviously runs through some sort of menu (from the voice intonation), but no matter what I press, nothing happens and I then get disconnected.

Can someone point me in the right direction to get through to a live operator? Flight is in about 12 hours.
