Delta advertises that you can mix and match Biz and coach awards now. We find this particularly useful, since we like to have (read -- my wife HAS to have) Biz going TATL, but we are willing to fly back in coach. Thus, cuts down our expenditures of miles, and maximizes ability to fly across the pond.

However, when I get to the Skymiles date calendar, even when I click on Coach for the return calendar, and it purports to show me the available coach dates, when I go through to selecting the actual flights, all it offers me are Biz seats.

Am I missing something, or is the Delta Skymiles computer system simply incapable of handling such an easy request?
