NO!! NC (upgrade from economy to Business) is not able to use the Arrivals service. XF and XC (First or Business awards) ARE permitted to use the Arrivals service.

NF (upgrade to First) would be permitted to use Arrivals because presumably to upgrade to F, you have to be paying C, right?

Thought what happens in the case of a RTW passenger (booked in D) when they upgrade to F?
