When I read this thread, I got a little worried about my son and new daughter-in-law - having told them they could use Arrivals during their trip next month to AKL using C award tickets - until I found the thread below. I've given them a copy of the appropriate pages in the United Electronic Timetable just in case, where it clearly states that paid F and C as well as NF and NC are welcome to use the Arrivals Suites, but upgrades from economy fares are not eligible.
