Using first class award SFO-NRT, why can't I access the int'l arrival lounge at SFO? I was told that it's only for passengers who have paid for a full-fare F ticket. Wouldn't it make more sense to allow access to award users who have cashed in so many miles flying on UA? Isn't loyalty worth anything?
