Kensington covers a lot of ground - could be South Ken or High Street Ken - I shall guess the latter.

Getting to Kensington High Street from LHR is easy, and you can do it without having to climb stairs. Piccadilly line to Hammersmith, walk across the platform to the eastbound District line.

Alight at Earl's Court, take the lift up and head for the Warwick Road way out. After leaving the station look to the right for the bus stop just across the road, near Philbeach Gardens. The number 328 will take you to the High Street with v little aggro; timing could be approximately that of the Dot2 service, depending on traffic.
