My 500-milers were added about the same time as well, but what's up with redeeming them? I tried to "request an upgrade" and got a message saying I had no upgradeable itineraries. Well, I popped on over to My Itineraries and there they were. A call to the PremEx desk and my request was in. This happened to me last time I tried a request--does the online request system ever work?
