Yes they do. Just after the screen where you enter your name and contact details you get a screen which has:

Seating Preference
Where would you like to sit ?

Window Aisle Seatmap

If you click on the radio button beside the Seatmap entry you get to choose your seats. Seat ASR at LH in Y is only available on intercont flights.
