I was booked on SQ217 SIN -MEL on March 18 and SQ218 MEL-SIN on March 21 and on both flights the 77W was swapped against a 777-200 with the outdated business seat. I am so incredible mad and it was the last time I took SQ to MEL. I will move my business to Quantas (I already did the same for all my flights to India which I moved to 9W until I can be certain that SQ offers a decent product to India). I am not willing to pay a premium price for an OUTDATED product.
