I now understand why everyone that uses points for flights like TYP's. Based upon the values listed above, TYP fixed flight redemptions are better if the ticket cost is higher. Looks as if the flights to Hawaii and Caribbean may cost you 5000 points less with BOFA. Every other example shows the true value of TYP.
