I know the seats in business class are not lie flat, but can anyone describe to me in a little more detail how much they recline in business on the 747-400? The website says 12" but I still can't tell what kind of sleep I may get from that description. I am flying lax-tpe outbound and TPE-SFO inbound. I have never flown CI and I am just wondering what it is going to be like. I had asked on the Delta forum(that's who I bought my ticket through) and I didn't get much response but it looks like this forum is more active.

Also, what kind of meal service can I expect. My outbound flight leaves at 3 pm local time and my return flight leaves at 11 pm Taiwan time.
