From the CO "Best Rate" terms and conditions: Because Best Rate Guaranteed reservations are not eligible for standard hotel mileage accrual and the bonus is posted by Continental, OnePass account numbers given directly to the hotel will not be eligible for any mileage accrual.
Looks like you're SOL.
