I'm just trying for longest route for the cheapest price. Most of the time there's a plethora of seats to/from CLT, vs not as many into IAD. L bucket gets emptied out quickly for those IAD-SFO/LAX. Finding FT is one of the best and worst thing that's happened to me; I used to look for the shortest non-stop routes.
