How come UA does not relize this and get rid of Mesa? There are plenty other express carriers that are more reliable and offer better service, and best of all treat their employees better, and by that happening the employees will treat the pax better.
They have a contract.
My understanding is that when UA was in bankrupcty they were forced to accept the bid from the lowest bidder for regional carriers, and that happened to be Mesa.
