I haven't flown in the new CW and I'm not sure if your plane will have it.

Have you checked in anybody yet? I seem to recall that once you've checked in and confirmed your seats, you can't change them. Since you mention that you haven't been able to check in the kids, you have a good chance of retaining some flexibility at the airport tomorrow to try to get two of the seats changed if necessary, so that you have at least two aisle-middle pairs.

How big are the kids and what would be the difficulty of having them step over someone's legs to get to the aisle? In other words, are they too small to do it on their own, or too young to do it without disturbing the passenger? If they're small, then you may be able to get up with them to give them a hand. Of course, if you end up with an awkward allocation of seats (i.e. only one aisle, and one pair of middle seats), then it would seem appropriate that each parent should sit with one of the kids so that someone is there to supervise and help manage seats and encounters with the adjacent passenger.
