The plane landed safely without incident and taxied to the B Concourse.

...

GSP Manager Larry Holcombe told WYFF News 4 that the smoke appeared to have come from a fire in the cargo hold of the plane. Holcombe said one passenger was burned by the fire and was treated. No other injuries were reported.

Holcombe said that by the time fire crews got on board the plane, the fire was no longer burning.

There were reports from passengers of a possible explosion on the plane, but Holcombe said he could not confirm those reports.

....

Kruz said after the pilot smelled smoke, passengers reported feeling heat coming from the floor of the plane. The passengers were instructed to get into position for an emergency landing.

Kruz said that he understood that the injured passenger had refused treatment.
Taxiing to a gate when there's smoke in the cockpit, a passenger reportedly was burned, some thought they heard an explosion in the cargo hold ... ?

How much jet fuel was left on that plane?

I would think you'd want the pax evactuated ASAP and keep the plane away from other planes & facilities until it's check out.
