Nope not even close. Or rather the bulkhead is much closer on the 767.

Get 16B or 16F which has adequate leg room. 16A and 16G would have been nice except that the seal on the door is not perfect and there are very cold areas along the seams. I was a bit uncomfortable because of this the last time I flew in 16G. Also, there are no full armrests on the fuselage side on these window seats, just a ledge fixed to the door that doesn't go all the way back.
