Upgrade from Business to First-LAX to MEL
Am on Flight 94 on March 29 from LAX to MEL in business. Part of rtw trip through AA in D class. Is there a way to upgrade to first? Am US citizen, so cannot use Amex points, as told to me by Qantas rep. Other options, suggestions, advice and counsel?
