If you're in the UK, click through Quidco for an extra £8 cashback - again this is per rental. I still get 1700 miles from bmi when I do this.

I haven't managed to find a CDP which guarantees full bmi miles (though if anyone knows one, I'm all ears...) but weekend rates are cheap enough anyway.
